Budget Hearing: 

Notice of Budget (pursuant to 29-1-206, C.R.S.)

Notice is hereby given that the budget for the ensuing year of 2026, for the Olathe Fire Protection District, will be considered for final adoption by the Board of Directors at a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 6:30pm at the Olathe Fire Station located at 406 S. 5th St.  The budget is available for inspection at the Olathe Fire Station.  Any interest elector of the District may inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
