NOTICE OF BUDGET

(Pursuant to 29-1-106, C.R.S.)

NOTICE is hereby given that the budget for the ensuing year of 2025, for the Olathe Fire Protection District, will be considered for final adoption by the Board of Directors at a regular meeting on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 6:30pm at the Olathe Fire Station located at 406 S. 5th St. (the intersection of 5th Street (Hwy 348) and Horton Ave).  The budget is available for inspection at the Olathe Fire Station.

Any interested elector of the District may inspect the budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prioir to the final adoption of the budget.
